Construction has steadily increased in New York City, getting closer to pre-recession levels. A recent survey of the City's largest Engineering, Architectural, and Construction firms has confirmed an increase in hiring. The increase can be attributed to the better economic conditions and federal money used to strengthen and repair buildings that were affected by Hurricane Sandy. Read further here.
